Changes to existing curricula

Whenever a department is changing a degree requirement it must complete an "Edit Program Form" in Coursedog and submit it with the "Changes to an Existing Curriculum Form" attached below and  2 copies of the current published curriculum from the most recent Course Announcement. One copy should be unedited and one copy with trackable, marked-up changes the department proposes wish to make.  

If new courses are being proposed, a Course Proposal Form for each new course must be submitted in Coursedog. 

If the characteristics or use of existing required courses are being revised, an "Edit Course Form" in Coursedog must be submitted for each revised course.

RISD must submit curriculum changes to our art and design accrediting body, NECHE. You may be invited by the Curriculum Committee to speak about proposed changes or may be asked to provide additional materials.
