JOB DESCRIPTION: SCHOOL FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR
As a School Food Service Director you will oversee daily food service operations in a district. You will establish and maintain systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving of food and related products. You will assist the dietary department in menu planning and development. The Food Service Director ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met and coordinates and supervises CBM personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control; labor scheduling and staffing; employee training. You will conduct weekly inventory; performs other accounting functions such as maintaining records to comply with CBM Managed Services requirements. You will also need to maintain records that comply with state and federal government agency standards. You will also be responsible for daily interaction with the district administration, staff and students.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SCHOOL COOK SUPERVISOR
The School Cook Supervisor reports to Food Service Director. Under general supervision, you will prepare and cook food, care for equipment, utensils, supplies and work areas. You will be responsible for supervision of CBM Employees and perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director.
