Justin Payton originally from Dale City Virginia, moved to Manassas where he attended Parkside Middle School then Osbourn Park High School. He was an avid athlete during his time at OPHS in both Football and Track. His team spirit and commitment to every sport that he was a part of was inspiring. Sports not only helped shape his life and his desire to help others, but his love evolved into serving his country as an Army soldier for 5 years and then 9 years as a Washington D.C. police officer.
