Brandice is an undisputed leader, and her talent was evident from the start after transitioning from New Jersey to Virginia freshman year of high school. Despite not having a jumps coach, she made it to States her freshman year and would go on to win the triple jump and long jump in both the 2001 Cardinal District meet and in 2002 Cedar Run District meet. Earning the tile Queen Bee from coach Feldman, she definitely left her mark in Osbourn Park’s track and field program, leading the yellow jackets to 2002 Cedar District Championship. During her time at OP, she earned several recognitions including all district, all-region, all-met, and earning an entirely new spread in the Potomac News entitled The Jacket’s Queen Bee. Several other accolades she received are:

Life After OP
Brandice graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and she continued her education down in Miami, Florida where she earned a Master of Science with a focus on exercise and sport psychology from Barry University.
She brought her talents back to Osbourn Park’s track team in 2019 where she worked with several athletes for sport psychology coaching and training. In addition to catalyzing the next generation of student athletes, she is also a program manager for wellness at Amtrak. Currently she is happily married to another Osbourn Park Hall of Famer, Roland Hilliard. They share 2 beautiful boys and reside in Dumfries, Virginia. She is enjoying motherhood, working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
