Erica (Field) Fox was a four-year starter for the varsity softball team from 2009-2012. During her time, she played a variety of positions including catcher, pitcher, SS and Outfield. She helped lead OP to two district titles and their first state semifinal appearance in school history.

Erica went on to help lead James Madison softball to two CAA championships, four NCAA Regional appearances and one Super Regional appearance. During her senior year she was drafted 18th overall to National Pro Fastpitch team, the USSSA Pride where she played two seasons. She is now a resident of Warrenton, Va where she lives with her husband Jeremy and their two dogs, Maggy and Brooks. She works as a financial analyst but is still involved in the softball community as a travel ball coach and instructor during her free time.
