Roland Hilliard's trajectory from athletic triumphs to cybersecurity leadership showcases his unwavering commitment to excellence. Beginning as a standout football player at Osbourn Park High School and Christopher Newport University (CNU), Roland's journey extended beyond the gridiron. After graduating with a BS in Information Science, he immersed himself in the dynamic DC cybersecurity landscape, where his impact continues to resonate. 

 Roland's passion for sports is a family affair, as his wife Brandice (Flournoy) Hilliard, also an Osbourn Park High School Hall of Famer, joined him on the track. Both competed at the state level, a testament to their shared dedication to athleticism and teamwork. During his time at CNU, Roland's prowess reached new heights, earning him All-American status in both football and track—a rare distinction that showcases his exceptional talent and versatility. 

 Roland's transition from collegiate athletics to the cybersecurity realm was seamless, fueled by the same dedication that propelled him to athletic success. Today, as a Cybersecurity Manager at CACI, he leads with the same tenacity and strategic mindset that defined his sports career. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Roland and Brandice have built a thriving family, raising two sons, Joseph and Zyan, in an environment that values dedication, teamwork, and the pursuit of excellence.
