Upon graduating from Liberty University, Mercedes began her career in Accounting at CohnReznick. After several busy seasons in public accounting, she joined The Carlyle Group in DC. She currently resides in Nashville where she assists clients in finding top tier talent. Outside of her 9-5 she coaches [solidcore] and enjoys adventures in travel.
