Jordan N. Banks in a phrase; "Always put the TEAM on HER BACK." Often competing in five events at every meet, she was her absolute best in the Championship Season. Her meet itinerary included two vertical jump events, multiple sprint races, and a relay. In the Championship Season she was one of the team's leading scorers, and in the 2014 Indoor District Championship Jordan scored an unheard of 40 points. Over the course of her career she scored 582.85 points (#6 All-Time). Her attitude, grit-toughness, and passion for her team are the gold standard for Osbourn Park Track and Field.
Jordan was a Team Captain for six seasons (2012-2014) receiving seven Varsity Letters and recorded two relay and four individual All-Time Performances. In that time, her leadership and performance (with her teammates) earned The Women of Osbourn Park Track and Field four District Outdoor Track Team Championships, two Region Outdoor Titles, one Indoor Championships and two podium finishes (top 3) in the State Championship Meet. She achieved four individual District titles, two individual and four relay Region titles and was named All-State seven times. At the 2013 New Balance Outdoor Nationals she was the lead-off carry for the Emerging Elite National Championship 4x100m Relay setting the school record of 47.14.
Upon graduating from Osbourn Park High School in 2014, Jordan attended Wake Forest University where she competed for the Demon Deacons from 2014-2018 and served as Women's Team Captain for 4 seasons (2017-2018). Jordan also served as Wake's Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) President and ACC Representative. In 2018, scoring in both Indoor and Outdoor ACC Track Championship Meets, Jordan earned All ACC Honors (6th place) in the Outdoor Heptathlon and made ACC Academic Team. She currently holds WFU All-Time Performance records in the Outdoor 100 Hurdles, Long Jump, Heptathlon and Indoor 60 Hurdles, 200, Long Jump, Pentathlon and 4x4. She received her B.A. in Communication in 2018 and her M.S. in Business Management in 2019.Â
After completing Graduate School Jordan went on to work for General Mills in their Sales function, calling on some of the biggest names in Grocery to include Target. In 2024, she became a Certified NBA Agent and joined Sports International Group (SIG) leading marketing efforts for their NIL, NBA, WNBA, and FIBA clients. Jordan currently resides in Charlotte, NC and enjoys serving at her church, Union Church Charlotte, and is an active member of the Mad Miles Run Club Community and Chosen 1 Training. Her close-knit family is heavily ingrained in PWC sports, with her younger sister Sydney Banks and cousin Naomi Woolfolk going on to compete at the D1 Track & Field level as well.
