2003 season
6-0, undefeated in the regular season
OPG won district title, took second at regionals and competed as a team at States. First time in 20 years the entire team qualified for the State Championships, & team finished 6th
Kelly Stevison received a perfect score, 10, at the State Championships
Received ALL MET Gymnastics Coach of the Year for the Washington Post and coached Kelly Stevison their Gymnast of the Year
Kelly Stevison was selected to represent VA at the National level
2004 season
OPG placed 2nd in the district, 4th in the region and had 1 participant at States: Beth Longo
Beth Longo was also asked to participate on the national team, representing VA
2005 season
OPG had a small team, however they persevered for individual successes
Scores for each gymnast improved every meet
2006 season
OPG was given the chance to conduct our practices at Apollo Gymnastics Center for free
Their facility is one of the best gymnastics structures in the DMV area. This was an extremely vital component towards our success, current and future.

Mandy Seal was added to the team as an extremely highly qualified assistant coach
OPG went undefeated all season

OPG was invited to Richmond VA to see Queen Elizabeth which we eagerly left school to do
2008 season
Undefeated season: won districts, regionals, and the State title again, with a team score of 150.7
Kendra Burgsteiner and Kayla Dietz were selected to represent VA on the National level
Coach Mandy and I were asked to join the coaching staff and the four of us ventured to St. Pete Beach, Florida
2009 season
OPG won the district and regional titles and brought home the State Title for the third year in a row
Highest team score in its history, winning states with a 150.9 total team score
Extremely close battle: 150.9 versus 150.8 for Kellem
That was a record 1st and 2nd place finish in VA State Gymnastics Championships
Our score was also a record-breaking score for our region
First time in PWC history that any team in any sport captured 3 consecutive State Titles
Coach Mandy was the Coach of the Year from Potomac News/Messenger
2010 season

Caity Cantello competed at States individually and took 2nd All-Around
