It shows the list of reasons a technician is suspended, if one of the boxes are checked the technician's status automatically updates
Unrepaid Cash - Appointment paid with cash that has not been closed out
Appointments Not Closed - System automated when there are open jobs assigned to the technician from previous days
Other Ops - Master Technician/Market Manager listed reason
Other Finance - Payout Team - Listed reason
Payment Disputes - Payout Team - Listed reason
Uncollected - Jobs completed wherein a technician did not collect
Inactive Status
No Activity - Has not taken jobs for over 60 Days
Fraud - Pending reviews for fraudulent activity

The information allowed to be changed by dispatch is the basic information of the customer. Excluded are the following

Changing markets require approval from Master Technician/ Market Manager, some markets require certification to allow contractors to work. (any request on changes are forwarded to listed personnel for approval prior to changing)
Work Models
Current status of the technician's profile (can only be changed by onboarding, master technicians/market manager, engagement team)
Mandatory - allows access to the platform, can claim job request. active requests
Prospect - can use the platform, has views on jobs being requested but is not allowed to claim them, they require to finish onboarding and are directed to the engagement team & recruitment team
Helper - Allows access to the platform but can only claim "helper request"
Payout Information
Information on the current account the technician has listed to be paid for (requests for changes are to be forwarded to the payout team)
Listed allowed skillset to the technician, the skillset limits what service requests the technician is allowed to view and claim on the platform
Requests to add skillsets are available on the app
Requests to remove skillsets are forwarded to the MOD
The information lists any changes made and requirements needed or any notes listed by the team in regards to the technician
