This is the main page for the technicians' tab
It has the list for all active, inactive & blacklisted technicians
The search functions allow you to search for a technician via
Name
Phone Number
The action button on the lower right side allows filters
Used to view technician profiles
The action button provides 3 features
Export to CSV - For HQ
New Technician - For HQ
Add Filters - This will filter out all technicians not listed on the options added on the filter tab
Selected Markets
Shows the technicians listed on the market center or the location chosen
Show Appointment
Shows the Technicians who has claimed jobs from the past 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 days
Created Date
Shows the technicians who were enrolled to the platform based on the dates selected
Technician Status
Shows the technicians who are currently under the selected status
Work Model
Shows the technician who are under the selected Model Status
Skills
Shows the technicians who are assigned the selected skillsets
The listed filters will show on the top of the screen
The selected filters can be removed manually and if you add filters you would need to open the filter tab
Make sure to always remove the filters if you are searching for a technician in the general population
