Add to follow-
Currently Unavailable
Adjust Payout
Used by the payout team to either deduct or add to the technician payout on the appointment
Needs to be rescheduled
Sends a reschedule link to the customer
Payment Page
Directs the user to review the payment link sent to the customer and process payment over the phone (here)
Related Appointments
This allows the user to create a follow-up appointment for the customer
Revert Closed Appointments
This allows the user to re-open closed jobs and make changes, this will not work on appointments that are already paid or if the technician is already paid
Send Payment Link
This option allows the user to resend the payment link to the customer
CX Reschedule
Ask Cx to RS, Can't meet RTF
Send an email and SMS w/ the reschedule link to the customer indicating we are already fully booked
Open reschedule page
Directs the user to the appointment reschedule link (Here)
Send a reminder to CX
This will send a notification to the customer to confirm the appointment and reach out to dispatch
Send reschedule link to the CX
Send an email and SMS w/ the reschedule link to the customer asking if they would want to reschedule
