Allows to search for a case via email, name, phone number or case number

Changing owner can be done on the Case owner side, simple click on the down arrow and choose change owner
Merging cases is best done on the main case opened, on the upper right corner click on Merge
This section will allow you to search via email or case number, it auto-populates if it has an exact match for a job ID, if the search is done via email it will show all cases with the same email. You can only merge up to 3 at a time. If merging multiple cases, merge 3 first re-open and merge again.
