1. Messages here are not strictly locked into a specific appointment.

  2. On the filters for the technician's name, searching is only allowed via name

  3. Sending messages requires you to press the send button or use Shift+Enter

  4. Once a message is read, you would need to click to the message sent to remove notification and own the response.

  5. Blue is mark to show user's response and gray will be the technician's message or reply
