Our terms and conditions list 4 possible, it is important to note that we will always choose the cheapest resolution
Cost of authorized repairs
Cost of product replacement of similar features
Cost of reimbursement for authorized repairs
Max limit on the product
Our first approach will always attempt a repair unless the cost of the repairs exceeds the cost of a replacement unit. A service call must happen first for us to determine our next step these are scenarios wherein we would need to resolve the claim using the other listed options
Parts are no longer available, and no alternatives
This will result in us either replacing the unit or a buyout on the maximum amount possible
Parts are backordered
This will result in us either replacing the unit or a buyout on the maximum amount possible
The unit is no longer repairable
This will result in us either replacing the unit or a buyout on the maximum amount possible
No service techs are listed for us to cater to the customer
We can authorize another service provider that the customer trusts
We can do a buyout plan similar to those listed above
Important
Technician for claims appointments
They need to be approved by MT & MM
Please check if approval is one-time only
One-time approved claims technician will only have the certificate to be able to assign the tech
Once assigned removed the certificate to claim
