Service Areas

The service areas are locations the technician prefers to drive to, they will not get alerted on service requested in the unselected areas unless the service request remains unclaimed and goes through the dispatching process or is manually notified by the dispatch team

Blue - Selected

Gray - Unselected

Markets will have different service areas listed, some markets are divided into counties, and some markets will only have one service area listed

This can only be changed on the technician's app cannot manually be reversed or changed by dispatch
