Reports are located under Puls Customer Support Dashboard
Simply click on the arrow down and choose reports
Choose All Report and search for the queue needed
The following reports listed below are designed for each team
Support Queue - General emails from the customers
Urgent Queue - These are urgent requests from the customer such as cancelation & reschedule requests, COI requests
Refunds Queue - This is for any ticket requesting refunds
Guarantee Queue - This is for all service guarantee request
Membership Queue - This is for the tickets under the ownership of the Membership Team
The location of the membership queue will not be in the reports as it is located under the cases sections.
