Service Steps
Booking
Inspection/Service Call - Determine the cause of the issues reported by the customer
No Parts Repair - Repair done on the same visit with no parts needed (cleaning, connecting or adjusting)
On Hand Repair - Technician has the parts needed ready for installation
Follow up Scheduling - Scheduling a follow up with a quoted price if parts are needed to be ordered/purchased
Repair Completion - Return visit of a technician to repair
Pricing
Labor cost is not fixed and is determined by the technician. We are allowed to inform them of guide prices for parts being replaced, listed on the funnel
Parts bought by the technician are reimbursed in full, we charge the customer the cost of the parts on top of a mark-up fee (this information will not be presented to the customer)
Refrigerator
Built-In - Appliance is designed to be used inside a wall, not movable
Make sure the reported concern relates to a refrigerator not a stand alone Ice Maker or Freezer
Dryer
Stacked units are appliances that may be on top or below another appliance
Gas or Electric refers to the source of heating by the machine
One function appliance
Oven / Microwave
Do not service Air Fryers, Countertop ovens (Toaster), downdraft venting systems, ILVE Stoves, Daewoo Brand, Countertop microwaves, Pizza Ovens, Range hoods, Steam Ovens
Washer
