An application can be done on the website or via email advertised on multiple job sites. They are directed to Puls.com/Join for applications or to email Angel@puls.com
Skillsets depend on previous experience, skills assessment, and market demand
Service areas are determined by the technicians
They are legally bound to the company's terms and conditions agreed upon before the use of the app
Technician / Contractors
Some laws restrict the allowed processes on onboarding a technician
California contractors / New york contractors may have a different process compared to the Texas technicians
Job Process
The technicians once fully onboarded are required to download the Puls Technician App, the app allows them to connect to our tools and our services to be able to claim jobs
Job information and updates are present on the app, Technician are allowed to see services and requests matching their skillset and service areas. They will then choose to claim a new service request or deny
App allows the technician to be digital, all trails of payments or updates are done digitally
