It is important that the disposition listed is the initial purpose of the call
This is being tracked to allow data for changes and improvement
The disposition available at the end of the calls is based on the campaign the caller used to do outbound or the phone number the customer used to call in.
Dispositions will be marked with the following and should be used correctly
IBT - Inbound Technician Calls
OBT - Outbound Technician Calls
IBC - Inbound Customer Calls
OBC - Outbound Customer Calls
