Plan - Choose this filter is you are aiming for a specific type of membership
Status - Status will filter customers who are not members, paid members, or appointments with the membership attached
Pre-attach - Appointments that initially had click n' fix attached, but the customer did not purchase
Tech Experience - Appointment under new technicians, (new technicians are technicians who has not completed 10 jobs)
Partners - Appointments tagged as partners, property managers, landlords etc.
Claims - Appointments booked by customer with claims on their protection plan.
Payment Filters
Paid - Successful payments
Awaiting Payment - Closed for collections
Net X - Partner appointments
Payment Authorized - Pre-registration of card information, not yet processed
Not Needed - Closed appointments wherein a collection is not needed (Redo's, Canceled on site)
Not Paid - Canceled appointments
Appointments with time suggestions
Closed appointments, where job cannot be completed
No contact, no updates from customer upon the technician's arrival
Customer canceled appointments
Includes rescheduled appointments using STF links
Ops Canceled appointments
