Membership Cancelation
Requests through cancelation are done via email.
Manual Cancelation of the membership can be done in some scenarios
We have a Post 30 days and Pre 30 days ruling for cancelations
Annual Renewals are different from monthly renewals
Membership reminder on cancelation and chargeback
Do not mention that the full amount of discounts will be charged back, especially if the customer has gone past 30 days since purchase, mention what the terms state or inform them of what is written on the terms. If they ask for how much the chargeback will be notify them that their questions can be answered on the email cancelation link they will receive via email. Membership Cancelation Process
Confirm the membership
Inform the customer that you will be sending another email (if via cases) or an email (via call) regarding the steps for the cancelation
The customer will then go through a set of questions before fully cancelling a membership.
The customer will be offered programs through the link and can avail of them directly.
Once the steps are completed the customer will get another email confirmation on the cancelation.
The automated sending of the cancelation email is available on the contacts page of the customer, via the action button on the lower right side under membership.
Manual Cancelation
Is only done if the customer has no access to his emails
If the customer is insisting that we do it on our end and does not wish to go through the steps
Auto-Renewal is only for the Annual renewal, it will not place a stop on the monthly payments
Cancel Membership - Would cancel the membership based on the terms and conditions of the membership
