PM-orders-emails: Notifications of emails sent to orders@puls.com are generally being sent here for visibility.
PM-account-mgrs : This is where the clients are sharing all urgent inquiries, escalations, updates, reminders etc.
PM-follow-ups : This is where all admin Tech chat responses, 3P calls from dispatch for PM appointments are being shared. Assigned AM for the PM appointment is tagged for certain actions to be taken
Acct-Mgr-Tech-Ops : PM Account Managers and Tech Ops channel for Updates and Processes and New Service Providers that have been Onboarded
PM-payments-needed : This is where all payment requests from 3P technicians are being placed so the PM lead or Accounting can process and submit payments owed

Latchel-Puls : This is where all inquiries or escalations are being threaded for and from LATCHEL PM

PM-Accounting-Needs: PM Accounting needs such as Check/ACH payments and Credit Card related questions/concerns.
