IMPORTANT:
After sourcing out for a third-party vendor and you have decided to use them for the WO you have, verify and note all details needed for you to be able to create a technician profile for them:

Before adding a new Tech Profile, please check if a profile already exists for the vendor to avoid creating duplicates.
STEP 1: In the Admin panel, navigate to the Technician's Tab . Click the (+) icon located at the bottom-right corner of the page, then select "New Technician" to begin.
Step 2: A pop-up window will appear—complete it with the details you have gathered about the Technician/Vendor you have sourced. Remember to place the Vendor's license number on the text box marked as Bio and Click on "Create".
Step 3: After the profile is created, Place the following notes on the Note Section of the technician profile:
NOTE: This is a service provider partner created for the property management team to use when we have to assign an outsourced company for a PM job in scenarios where we are unable to assign a Puls tech.
Step 4: Navigate to the Skills Tab and select the appropriate skills for the third-party technician.
Step 5: After selecting the skills, go to the Certificates Tab and choose the certificates that match their skills. This will enable them to be assigned to PM appointments
Step 6: Add the Tech Profile link to the Vendor list on the PM Info Sheet for tracking purposes and to make it easier for the team to reference.
