This is a tab inside the appointment details
It is used for broadcasting to check the available technicians and their statuses.
This will not work on assigned appointments
If you are attempting to locate a helper you would need the appointment on supported status
This panel shows the basic details of the job requested. The Check Availability button links directly to the General Availability Tab
Roles refer to the technician being a helper or the lead technician
The action button on the right gives 5 options
Resend to all techs - This will send an alert to all technicians about the service requests
Resend order to the technician - This will reset the automated broadcasting process by Waldo (review on STF TAB)
Locate Second Tech - Alert sent to all technicians stating a helper is requested
Stop Resending to market - (currently not being used)
Keep Resending to market - (currently not being used)
The panel above lists technicians who marked the location in there services areas
The marks on availability reflect the listed availability sent by the technician on his schedules
It will be marked Available if the technician has claimed any jobs on this hour
It will be marked pending if the technician has not submitted an availability
It will be marked unavailable if the technician marked his schedule unavailable on the hour the appointments sit
A check mark will appear if the technician has already been alerted on the app
The user can manually assign the technician from this panel. The user is also allowed to decline the job manually, its function is to hide the job from the technician.
If the job is rebroadcasted on this page or in the main details, the declines disappear and all technician's are again alerted
The assigned section, where jobs are listed are the jobs scheduled under the technician for the day.
The scroll down button links a mini-heatmap for the user.
On the more details section, it will provide the technician's number and a summary on the technician's submitted schedule
