This section in the appointment information is what we use to review the following
Technicians requested time frames to take the jobs

Automated Waldo Sequences (Event Logs)
Customer preview on the link
This section shows what will be automated in the future, in this example, the reschedule link will be sent to the customer containing the requested time frames provide by the technicians
This is the power button located in the lower right corner, the user uses this to reschedule the customer if they are on the STF Task or inbound call. If they are offering the time frame and the customer agrees, they will use this link to change the time
If the customer is not reached they would send the STF link which forwards the reschedule link to the customer
Preview STF allows the User to see the requested time frames and manually assign them or cancel the appointment
Adding STF allows the user to add suggested time frames from the technicians.
Multiple time suggestions are allowed for a single day
If the technician offers multiple days, the user would need to add one manually
The technician list is based on the technician's skill set
Once completed the user simply taps submit and it will show on the list of time suggestions
This panel shows the list of time suggestions from the technician,
It will have the date & time listed
The user is allowed to remove a time suggestion & the submitted by option will show if it was the technician who listed the suggestion or if a user has added it manually
Event logs indicate what was previously done by Waldo
Date and time of action is listed
Submitted by lists would be either
Waldo - System AI
Auto - Automated broadcasting
User email - User
Action
Soft-assignment is an automated process for technicians who opted for the soft assignment process
Sent through - is the process wherein the system prompts the technician's app of the service
Resent/Blast - is the process of again alerting the technicians of the job
View Link - is an alert showing the user that the customer was able to view the reschedule link
Sent Link - is an alert indicating that a user or Waldo sent the reschedule link to the customer
Accepted - Customer or User has accepted a time suggestion listed on the reschedule link
