Make sure cx has a Paid Appointment. Always deduct Service Call Fees when approving refunds.
Always ask the technicians for their feedback regarding the refund request so that they are aware of the possible deduction on their payout. Make sure to inform them, if a refund has also been approved.
Service Call Fees are non-refundable, though still depends with reasons (case to case basis)
If cx claims misdiagnosis as confirmed by another SP that they hired, ask for a copy of a report from the other Service Provider.
15% Deposit cannot be refunded if the technician already ordered or has the part. Unless, the tech can use the part for another repair or can return parts (needs confirmation with tech).
The approval limit is within $400
