Pricing
Initial estimate provided may change on site, as the scope of work may differ from the customer's initial booking request
Bracket prices increase or decrease depending on the product availability
Technicians are able to provide regular brackets and charge the customer, this has to be done within the platform
If the customer has a regular mount, we can use and install it for them given that the mount is secured or suitable for installation
Technicians are able to connect devices that the customer has, this is limited to just connection and no troubleshooting
In-wall concealment is not allowed for locations above a fireplace (this is due to fire safety regulations). They are also not allowed for installation on Plaster, Brick & Concrete Walls (Wall Types)
Materials are provided by the technician
If a hole is prepared or if materials are provided for in-wall concealment our charges would retain
We will not be providing the soundbar, this is to come from the customer and for us to install
We would need to have a soundbar bracket ready
Wall Shelf
We will just be attaching the wall shelf provided by the customer
This is for the installation/connection of the surround sound setup for the customer
We can provide cords normally used for Televisions, such as the Power Cord Extension, HDMI
Limitations
We do not create new outlets nor adjust outlet locations
We do not adjust cable box locations
