GUARANTEE COVERAGE PERIODS:
Regular appointments - 90 days from the initial repair date
Warranty Claims - 60 days from the initial repair date
Real Estate - 60 days from the initial repair date

NO extended guarantee for members
Extended guarantees shall only apply if customers purchase them within the service they requested

Unpaid appointments
If the service has not been paid for, we won't be able to go through a guarantee process
Offer the customer to pay for the service and file a guarantee claim
If the customer agrees
File a guarantee form and notify the technician
If the customer disagrees
Notify the technician about the customer's concern
Request the technician to go back out and check the issues
Service Calls
Service calls are inspections only
They are not repairs or installations and cannot be considered.
If a repair was done and confirmed but was closed out under Service Call. It can qualify
We only have a service guarantee for repairs & installations
Any installations done by another service provider or the customer invalidate their service guarantee
Any attempts to install the recommended parts or repair by the technician is also invalidated
Side Jobs
We will not be able to do a guarantee on jobs not paid under Puls (review escalation scenarios )
