The customer portal is located in the website on the upper right hand corner shown in the image below
The login page will require the customer to input the email address used on her appointment or has the option to create a new user
If multiple emails was used on her appointments, the system will only recognize the appointment attached to the email address used for the login
The user will receive a code on the email posted which will then be used to login
The user simply needs to place the codes listed one by one, copy-pasting at times, causing the verify code not to be available.
An incorrect code will prompt on the bottom if an incorrect code was placed
A succesful login will direct the user back to the home page and updating the login button into initials
Clicking of the drop button arrow will allow the customer to see the following options
My Dashboard
Directs the user to page that outlines our services and membership.
My Appointments
Keeps a record of all active appointments & previous appointments that has been requested, canceled or completed.
My Profile
Shows the registered Full Name, Number & Email used on the account as well as the logout button
Contact Support
If the user is using a desktop/laptop
After clicking it will lead him out to email support@Puls.com
If the user is using a mobile device
Click on the contact support would have the user dial our support number
