Appointment ID relates to the specific appointment on the day and time of the visit
The icons besides the appointment ID indicate the funnel of the service and if the customer is a member or not (review filters)
Show all connected appointments indicates any follow up or previous appointments as well as redo calls
Org. Requested time is the time the appointment was requested for vs Org Created time wherein this is the time the appointment was created via admin, online or the tech and consumer app.
The date and time indicates the scheduled time for the service specific to the appointment's time zone
Original Offer indicates initial order summary upon booking or before the appointment was created
This section allows the user to replace the technician assigned. (Main Tech or Helper)
It allows manual changing of statuses (not advised, only used on special cases. Updating the status can be done on the action button )
This contains the profile of the customer
The apartment number cannot be placed online or via the create appointment tool, and can only be added manually
Address instructions list customer instructions, dispatch indicators, Model and serial number if the customer provided it. Apartment/Unit Number, Alternative numbers.
Latitude & Longitude determines the GPS of the address listed
Phone number & Email
Origin - Booking location (review here)
Address Instructions - Allows notes to be viewed by the technician and any admin user to specify instructions

Shortcut button to direct user to the contact page of the customer if located in the customer details. If it is located in the details near the technician's section it will direct to the Technician's Profile
Action button to file a TIR against the technician on the specific appointment
Action button in the right corner also allows a TIR to be created once an appointment is completed
This section lists the service requested by the customer.
Each funnel is designated a list of devices that could be added, devices indicates additional appliances, additional TV or additional requests
To change the listed service under the funnel, you would need to add the correct device/service first before being able to change
To add units for repair or installation simply add device
A single funnel only lists the services, devices under the funnel, if the customer is requesting for an additional service it will be under a new appointment
This section allows the user to add any additional devices being serviced on the funnel
It will also allow the user to services done on the appointment as well as adjust the pricing

Select Plan - Choose the plan the customer wishes to purchase
Select Benefit - Type of benefit to be applied (Currently 25% discount across the board)
Payment Method - Annual or Monthly Payment of the membership
Review & Done - Summary & Confirmation
Pricing can be manually changed by the user.
Simply click on the chalk marker to change the amount listed
To remove services click on the red marker on side
To add services choose from the drop down option below sub-total price and choose the service press on the green marker with the + sign to confirm
If the service is not listed choose standard repair and edit the labor price to match technician's quote
To add parts or materials, choose generic parts fill in the squares and verify with the small marker beside original parts to confirm and add
The additional information listed cannot be edited. That is generated from the booking sequence.
To remove the listed information, you would need to either rebook or duplicate the service listed and remove the old one.
Device attributes can only be added through the technician app. It lists a portion of the digital checklist that the technicians fill up from the previous appointment or upon completion
General services lists any discounts, coupons or benefits that the customer has. It also lists other fees in relation to the service
Cost is the accumulated cost of the service less the discounts and waivers while Total cost adds the sales tax
Special Instructions is an internal notes by the team in case of special scenarios
The photos section also cannot be edited. The customer photos are provided during booking while the tech photos can only be added through the app.
On completed appointments
The checklist will appear on the details, this is not visible until after the appointment has been paid. The image icons shows the model number and signature once it is clicked
The appointment documents linked below directs the user to a separate tab containing the invoice and appointment summary. This is the exact information the customer gets on his email after payments has been completed
