Unresponsive Technicians (3x Rule)
We will follow a 3-strike option for the technician
The ruling is that we will follow up with the technician three times
The attempt can be done at any time of the day as long as its three days
If the technician's response does not answer a question, the counting of the strikes will continue and not refresh
If the three strikes have been completed
Notify the technician regarding the deduction through the payout plan and file a TIR
Proceed with the steps on the next resolution that could either be
A new technician
Refund
Reimbursement
