Unresponsive Technicians (3x Rule)

  • We will follow a 3-strike option for the technician

    • The ruling is that we will follow up with the technician three times

    • The attempt can be done at any time of the day as long as its three days

    • If the technician's response does not answer a question, the counting of the strikes will continue and not refresh

    • If the three strikes have been completed

      • Notify the technician regarding the deduction through the payout plan and file a TIR

      • Proceed with the steps on the next resolution that could either be

        • A new technician

        • Refund

        • Reimbursement
