The heat map tool is designed to assist a broadcaster in attempting to get an appointment paid
This section allows the user to specifically target a market, vertical and status, it can filter out unrelated information statuses on the task given
The image on the left will show all the listed jobs on the day and time selected.
The image on the right shows a filtered example
This tool will help you gauge the technician distance from job to job or from his location
The source is auto-populated if it is under an appointment heat map if not you would need to manually add them.
To auto-populate another job location or the technician's location. Click on the the technician icon
Once a job is selected, the information will show on the left corner of the screen
The sidebar tool once activated shows the list of technicians matching the required skillset and marks their location on the map. It also shows the current jobs they have assigned with a colored box matching the status on the legend.
It can also filter ranks and listed availability.
