Appointments are created through the following
Admin - Used by the inbound and sales team to create appointments from an inbound sales call, create duplicates, follow-ups redo appointments & claims
Online Booking - The booking is created from the website (directory)
Consumer App - Easiest way for a customer creating requested services and claims
Technician App - Used by the technician who was able to convince the customer to book another appointment or if the technician is creating a follow-up repair
Online Calls
Appointments booked via calls received, the agents are mandated to use Admin to book the service
One funnel (ie. APR, TVI, HDM...) per request rule
The rule is that if the customer has multiple service requests on different funnels, we would need to create multiple appointments, regardless if they are all to be scheduled on the same day. This is because of the skillset required for each funnel.
