Description: An annual herb that can grow up to 75 cm tall. It has a stout, woody root, and stems that are often branched at the base. The leaves are oblong, with an obtuse to acute apex, and a rounded base. The flowers are small, greenish-white, and bloom throughout the year. The fruit is a dry capsule with six seeds.
