Andrographis echioides can treat bacterial, malarial, and fungal disorders, as well as infections like leprosy, pneumonia, tuberculosis, gonorrhea, syphilis, malaria, cholera, leptospirosis, rabies, sinusitis, and HIV/AIDS.

Andrographis echioides can help with pain and stiffness from osteoarthritis, and can reduce fever and pain from tonsillitis. It can also help with inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis).
