Description:.They are Found in scrub jungles and thickets. It can be a serious weed in pastures and sugarcane on wet tropical coasts.Leaves are Bright green, bipinnate leaves with 4–9 pairs of pinnae. Each pinna has 12–30 pairs of leaflets that are 6–12 mm long and 1.5 mm wide. Stem is Green or purplish tinged, 4– or 5-angled, and covered with sharp, yellowish spines. Flowers: Pink flowers. : Small pods (1–3.5 cm long) that contain a few (3–5) one-seeded segments. Roots: A robust and branching taproot that extends to 1–2 m in depth.
