Description: It is small to medium sized tree. Leaves are small pinnate leaves and stipulate. Flowers are Greenish yellow in axillary fascicles, Sepals 6, obolong; stamens 3, ovary 3 celled, style 3, bifid. Fruit is a fleshy globose.
Phenology: February - May
Uses: Fruit is used in ayurveda as a potent rasayana and the treatment of diarrhoea, jaundice and inflammation.
