There are more Minis listed under Austin, Morris and Mini-Cooper
February 1965 - 1966
One of two Monte Carlo Minis with the same catalogue number but this has a completely different front to most of the Mini Coopers, with two fog lamps in the cast. This is the edition also found in Gift Set 38. RN 52 three jewels in the grille.
Always with shaped wheels and Morris badged.
January 1967 - 1967
Another Rally car, issued with the Rover 2000 for the RAC Sun Rally. RN 21. 4 jewels in the grille.
This can be found with an Austin badge and shaped wheels or a Morris badge with cast wheels
March 1967 - 1971
The 1967 edition of the Monte Carlo series, different again, with the obvious roof rack and front end signs.
This can be found with an Austin badge and shaped or cast wheels or a Morris badge with cast wheels.
Early editions had transfers for the Rally boards, later had paper stickers.
This continued in production, changing colour for the Whizzwheels 308 model in 1971/2.
December 1968 - 1970
Issued in metallic green or metallic blue and always with cast wheels.
The only variation known is a scarce wider striped roof blind. Whether that was, indeed, issued or is just a pre-production item that has reached the market is not clear.
One otherwise quite reputable site seems to suggest that the narrower stripes are the scarcer but that is not correct.
January 1972 -1976
Confusingly, this is the 339 edition in yellow but with the same decals. Odd. The Whizzwheels version.
This can be found with four (early crown type) or (later) five spoke wheels, with and without tinted windows. You may find that the five-spoke editions still have the 4-spoke spares in the tray!
The interior may be red or, in later models, blue.
