Ingredients:
1 pc. kiwi, pare and sliced
1 slice pineapple, pare and sliced
½ pc. red apple, coarsely chopped
1 pc. banana, peeled and diced
1 pc. orange, pare and sliced
Orange rind
For the Chantilly Cream:
½ cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Procedure:
- For the Chantilly Cream, combine ingredients the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract all the ingredients in a bowl and beat it using a wire whisk. Cover and store it in the chiller until ready to use.
- Wash the fruits and place it in a colander to air dry.
- Pare and slice the pineapple, kiwi and orange using a knife. Peel and cut the banana. To remove the core of the apple, push down the apple corer in the center of the apple and twist it. Coarsely chop the apple and soak it in a cold water to prevent discoloration.
- Toss the prepared fruits in a bowl and place it in a plate top with Chantilly cream and orange rind. Serve immediately.
