Ingredients
4 slices salami
4 slices mozzarella
7 slices cucumber, unpeeled
45 g sliced marinated artichoke hearts
15 pcs. cherry tomatoes
45 g sliced black olives
45 g whole green olives
Olive oil
Black pepper, cracked
Basil leaves, fresh
Procedure:
- Wash the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Let it air dry in a colander.
- Slice the mozzarella and cucumber ½ inch thick.
- Artfully arrange the salami, mozzarella cheese, cucumber slices, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and olives around the platter.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese with olive oil and cracked pepper.
- Garnish the plate with basil leaves.
