Ingredients:
3 strips bacon, cooked crisp
Butter, as needed
2 eggs
Procedure
- Butter the casserole.
- Place the cooked bacon strips at the bottom of the casserole
- Crack eggs into dish.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place in oven at 350◦F (175◦C) and cook to desired doneness
- Set over moderate heat until the eggs begin to coagulate on the bottom.
- Serve in the same dish or casserole.
