Seared Tuna

Yield: 2 servings

Equipment: frying pan, tongs, chef's knife, laboratory uniform, and cleaning materials.

Mise en place:

• Wash, rinse and cut tuna loin into rectangle
• Prepare all ingredients.

Method:

1. Season tuna with salt
2. Coat with sesame seed and pepper
3. Sear all sides under medium heat
4. Rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
5. Serve with the sauce and wasabi.

For sauce :

1. Mix all ingredients except wasabi.
