Grilled Salmon Teriyaki

Yield: 1 serving

Equipment: griller, brush, whisk, zip lock,refrigerator,tongs

Mise en place:

• Prepare all ingredients
• Wash and rinse the tail of salmon

Method:

1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on salmon
2. Mix all seasonings in a bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved.
3. Put salmon and seasoning in ziplock, and put in the chiller for 30minutes.
4. Set griller to 230°F and grease with oil to achieve grill marks.
5. Put in salmon with the sin-side first. Occasionally press with turner to cook all surfaces better.
6. Flip fish when sizzling sounds stop ang grill other side like before.
