With graduation getting closer and closer, we want to celebrate and reflect on our notable Senior class who not only do amazing things during the time they spend at Central High School, but also the legacy they leave behind. One of the Seniors we’ll be spotlighting is Tanish Khadse.
Khadse is co-president of Asian American Club (AA), co-captain of Science Olympiad, and the treasurer of FBLA, although he says he “enjoy[s] FBLA the most because of the amazing community”. As if that wasn’t enough to be involved in, Khadse is also a co-founder of LITE Web Services, which you can find more about here.
Not only are his extracurricular activities impressive, but so are Khadse’s plans for the future, with his ambitious choice of computer science as a major. Although, like many seniors, he still does not “have a clear idea of the path…[he]...want[s] to take in the future.”
While Khadse may be unsure about some aspects of his future, he plans to “learn better 'people' skills, develop…[his]....British accent,...and accept and be more proud of my culture”
When reflecting on his time here at Central, his favorite memory was attending AA meetings because of the “friendly and welcoming atmosphere.” Khadse fondly remembers his Physics and Spanish 2 classes as his favorites because of the “fun teachers and classmates.”
On his legacy at Central, Khadse says, “ I want to be known as someone who is ready to relieve fellow students of stress and help them with difficult problems they encounter.”
Looking past High School, Khadse’s plans are just as honorable. “I would like to travel to a less fortunate part of the world to help educate and provide resources for those who need them,” says Khadse.
Khadse has been extremely involved and invested in Central High School, and his hopes for the future are a reflection of his ambitious responsibility.
