Abstract Zoomes Shoe

Artist Statement:

The story with this art piece was we were required to draw a zoomed in part of our shoe and create abstract designs with in the part of the shoe and this is what my idea was. I started to wonder what I should do for my designs and I thought of 80s when I was thinking of designs.

This art piece relates to my life because I love the 80s and I love to create abstract art as a type of style of art, and I hope we can have the same opportunity to do this sort of project again in the near future.

The process of this piece was to draw a border of the piece before putting the drawing in the border. I then drew in the zoomed in part of the shoe and I was able to then draw some designs in the shoe that were some complex designs in the 80s. I am hoping to add more designs for my next project we do.
