The Quality Management Unit (QMU) is dedicated to ensuring continuous improvement in academic and operational quality within the CPS. The unit’s primary objective is to support the director, deputy directors, and department heads by providing advice on quality assurance processes and enhancing standards across programs, courses, assessments, and policies. It is instrumental in the review of strategic and operational plans in coordination with the CPS management. The QMU plays a pivotal role in preparing self-study reports and action plans for both internal and external audits. Additionally, the unit promotes adherence to, and engagement with, quality assurance and enhancement standards, including those set by the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education (OAAAQA).
