It also provides discounted prices for IELTS tests to SQU students (across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs, as well as community courses), graduates, staff, faculty, and their spouses and children.

Set IELTS session dates and ensures a minimum of 90% accuracy in matching real numbers to provisional entries.
Conduct self-audits and manages the centre's finances, including budget submissions.
Ensure that services are professional and customer-friendly.
Manage the confidentiality and security of candidate data.
Handle inquiries about results, manage absentees and transfers, and resolve candidate complaints.
Provide general information about the test and facilitates post-test services such as issuing additional certificates or sending certificates to other institutions.
Recruit test day staff and participates in the recruitment of examiners.
Train, monitor, and assign duties to test day staff and ensures regular monitoring of examiners.
Maintain examiners’ active status and supervise standardization and recertification.
Update the examiner database post-monitoring and recertification sessions.
