The Recruitment Committee is responsible for the selection and hiring of academic staff for the CPS. Members participate in the full recruitment cycle from initial CV review to final job offers, ensuring the selection of candidates who best fit the academic and cultural environment of the CPS.
The committee is chaired by the Director of the CPS and includes the following members:
A standing member
Deputy Directors (DDs)
10-12 senior representatives from various course groups across three departments
Review CVs circulated by the recruitment-standing member (rapporteur) and provide initial feedback.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates and summarize the outcomes.
Inform candidates about the structure and content of courses at the CPS.
Attend Recruitment Committee meetings to exchange information and discuss recruitment strategies.
Participate in recruitment trips, both locally and internationally, as necessary.
Oversee the selection of CVs for interview consideration.
Supervise the archiving of all recruitment-related data.
Maintain a record of available positions and needs.
Send offer letters to selected candidates.
Handle any other recruitment-related tasks as directed by the Director.
Prepare an annual report on the activities of the committee and submit it to the Chair.
