The Risk Managment Committee's role is to manage risks and emergencies at the CPS. It plays a crucial role in enhancing the centre's preparedness and response capabilities to effectively address and mitigate potential risks and emergencies.
The committee is chaired by the Deputy Director for Professional Development and Research and includes the following members:
A standing member
Design plans for managing risks and emergencies at the CPS and oversee their implementation to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Work towards strengthening the CPS’s ability to manage and respond to risks and emergencies by developing and refining relevant strategies.
Enhance the CPS’s readiness to mitigate and respond to risk and emergency situations through proactive planning and preparedness measures.
Liaise and communicate with the Risk Management Office regarding matters related to the responsibilities of the Risk Management Committee in the CPS.
Call for meetings and write minutes.
Prepare the annual Risk Management Register.
Prepare an annual report on the activities of the committee and submit it to the Chair.
